Using both HDMI ports at the same time drops both displays to 1080p regardless of host — 4K is only reachable on a single HDMI port, and only at 60Hz with a DP1.4-capable host (otherwise 30Hz). Not fully compatible with the Microsoft Surface Pro 7, whose USB-C port only supports data — not Power Delivery or DisplayPort Alt Mode.
