The Anker 575 (model A8392, not to be confused with the near-identical A83A0 12-in-1 hub) runs on native DisplayPort Alt Mode, no DisplayLink driver required. A single external monitor hits a confirmed 4K60. Anker's own spec sheet lists 2×4K30 or 3×1080p for dual/triple setups, though an independent review measured dual at 1440p60 and triple at 1080p60 under Windows MST instead — the two sources disagree, so treat multi-monitor numbers as a range, not a guarantee. On macOS the real limit shows up with 2+ monitors connected: the extra displays mirror instead of extending, a documented Single-Stream Transport (SST) restriction, not a defect you can fix with a different cable.
