Confirmed working on Blackmagic's own forum: "I can confirm that PS4 and PS5 work now after I turned HDCP off." The card enforces HDCP by design and rejects the PS5's default encrypted signal outright (black screen, no error shown) — disabling HDCP in the console's settings is mandatory.
