A legacy-port-free (no USB-A) design with the most transparent topology in this segment — no cross-port reallocation at all: one port is hard-wired to never exceed 45W (5V/3A through 20V/2.25A PDOs) and the second is permanently capped at 20W, an exact 45+20=65W sum with zero voltage dips when adding a second device. Spigen explicitly states it lacks PPS/Super Fast Charging support, so Samsung and similar devices relying on millivolt-level PPS negotiation will charge at marginally slower fixed PDO steps.

A tech review (MakeUseOf) confirms charging a 14" MacBook Pro at full speed. Note this charger does not support PPS and its primary port caps at 45W — enough for a Steam Deck, but insufficient to trigger ROG Ally's 65W Turbo mode requirement.
