Confirmed working with OBS on a Windows 11 laptop, but only via a driver-swapping workaround: installing the older AverMedia A833 driver first, then installing the C039's own driver on top, to get Windows to correctly enumerate the "AverMedia USB Polaris Analog Capture" device.
