A bridge architecture for the most common hybrid-office pairing: a stationary high-power desktop plus a corporate USB-C laptop. The laptop path mirrors the KD-E20 — a single USB-C cable carries dual MST video streams, peripheral data, network access via the built-in RJ45, and up to 65W of charging. The desktop path stays purely graphical, requiring separate DisplayPort, HDMI, and USB-B 3.0 cables to avoid multiplexing bottlenecks on the dedicated GPU. Outputs are unified through two HDMI connectors capped at 4K@60Hz or 1440p@144Hz, indicating base HDMI 2.0 bandwidth rather than uncompressed FRL. EDID re-stabilization keeps switching times in the 2-3 second range, and it can send Wake-on-LAN/USB wake packets to revive suspended or hibernating hosts.
